About Me
Look at me. I'm organized. I've just finished everything on my to-do list, I've sent off my latest manuscript, I've plotted out my next three titles, the groceries are in the car, a well-balanced meal is in the slow-cooker, my hair is perfect, and, well, as much as I hate to admit it, I think the house might be a bit TOO clean.
What? You don't believe me? Oh well, I do write fiction.
I've had a love of writing as far back as I can remember. I won my first writing contest in the second grade. The prize? A package of brightly colored markers.
I didn't pursue my dream, however, until my life was changed by a tiny little girl whose stay on this Earth was far too short. Our first daughter lived for only five days, but taught me that now is the time to pursue dreams.
We don't know how many tomorrows stretch before us. Why not take full advantage of today? May you find joy in each sunrise, each rainbow, each butterfly and each crash of the surf. And may you chase your dreams, no matter how big, no matter how small.
My husband and I were recently blessed with our second daughter--a true joy in every sense of the word. We divide our time between suburban Philadelphia and the New Jersey seashore where I can often be found--hands on the keyboard, bare toes in the sand--spinning tales. After all, life doesn't get much better than that.
